A meeting point for electronics, communications and computing
ICECCT 2027 brings together researchers, engineers, educators and industry practitioners to present original work and exchange ideas across electronic devices, wireless and optical communication, embedded and intelligent computing, and their applications in society.
The programme combines peer-reviewed paper sessions, keynote talks, special sessions and workshops, with a hybrid format so that authors can join in person or online.

Authors must follow the formatting template provided on the submission page. Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
Do not claim Scopus, Web of Science or any publisher indexing until it is formally confirmed.
Review & ethics
Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers in a double-blind process. Plagiarism checks will be applied, and the overall similarity limit is set by the programme committee.
At least one author of every accepted paper must register and present the work (in person or online).
Selected extended papers may be recommended to partner journals. [PLACEHOLDER]
